The DIP joint of my index finger is the worst when it comes to this. My favorite pens at the moment are these sharpie pens - the barrel is thicker than a lot of pens, they're really smooth to write with so they don't need a tight grip, and they feel nice in my hands. https://a.co/d/0hA5Gvt9
