The one that I bought does require you to solder it to the existing wires. It was something like this: https://www.amazon.com/BOJACK-Thermal-Degrees-Celsius-Cutoffs/dp/B07Y62ZK3J (check the info on the fuse when you find it to determine what temperature cutoff you need. It is not resettable and wasn't immediately visible in the pictures that you posted, but the heatshrink hiding it is. In your second photo, on the red wires coming off the resettable thermal fuse on the chimney, there is some black heat shrink tucked back behind the relay. The thermal fuse that I'm thinking of is in there.
