For Lipedema, you don’t want anything stronger than a 20-30 or it will hurt, but don’t get less (15-20) because it won’t be effective. These are thinner and would be more comfortable for summer: https://a.co/d/0dNY2tKz You just have to be cautious with over the counter products as they don’t necessarily provide steady compression from bottom to top such as the custom garments would. However, they will be far better than nothing, that is for CERTAIN! I wore the two brands, above, for a week’s vacation in the middle of lymphedema short-stretch wrap treatment and had maybe 5% swelling at the end of the week, so they held my shape WAY better than I expected, which is why I feel comfortable sharing them, especially the first linked brand.
