I have health struggles which make it difficult for me to go to Mass sometimes (not all the times - chronic issues that can be worse at times) but I make every effort to go. Sometimes it's just choosing it and being okay with the discomfort and knowing it's worth it. There was a time when I was so sick I was home bound for a year and unable to go at all, so my perspective is very different probably than yours. Once I was able to return there was a time where all I could do was sit through Mass, I was unable to sit and stand without getting dizzy, I had so much brain fog I could barely focus on any part of the Mass but I still went. But being unable to go for so long put such a strong desire on my heart to go that all that discomfort at Mass was difficult yes, but didn't matter as much, please don't take the Mass for granted. Pray to your guardian angel to help get you there, and to the Holy Spirit that you can have the desire to go to Mass. And if you don't want to be there learn more about the Mass, there's nothing more important on Earth that you could do otherwise. This video is a great start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RS8NrJ0Y5O8&t=253s This is for children but is one of the best explanations of the Mass I've read: https://www.amazon.com/Mass-Explained-Children-Maria-Montessori/dp/1621381196
